Our services

At Pelter Pressing, we can facilitate the complete development of a metal component. This includes engineering, crafting the necessary tools, and producing the final product.

Toolmaking workshop
Engineering - Final Product - Measurement Report

In the toolmaking workshop, we specialize in designing and building tools, as well as manufacturing spare parts and components for tools. Additionally, we can perform tool repairs, both for our own production and for third parties.

For design and programming, we primarily use VISI-CAD. This is because it provides both CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) capabilities, allowing us to control all our machines in the toolmaking workshop from this software package. Thanks to our years of experience, well-equipped machinery, and technically skilled personnel, we are highly specialized in this field.

If desired, we can also create prototypes.

Stamping workshop
Large and small quantities

In the stamping workshop, we produce metal parts in both small and large quantities. This includes flat and curved parts, and deep drawing is also one of our specialties. We primarily use progressive dies, which we manufacture in our toolmaking workshop. Our stamping process involves high-quality presses ranging from 25 to 250 tons.

We have washing machines available in the stamping workshop for product cleaning if necessary. Additionally, we excel in various post-processing operations such as product assembly, spot welding, deburring, tapping, and more.

Quality and reliability in delivery are paramount to us, as reflected in our ISO 9001 certification.

We serve diverse industries, including automotive, construction, medical, food, electronics, lighting, bicycles, school furniture, and more.
